A 20% deposit is required to book with the remaining balance to be paid 60 days before your holiday.

A single electric profile bed is available along with a king size bed, a single bed and a folding single bed if needed. Over bed table is included.

A wheel in shower wet room with a wheeled shower commode chair or static shower chair. There are fixed grab rails at the toilet sink and shower.

A person hoist and Sara Steady for transfers are available. 

Free Parking which  is suitable for Wheelchair accessible vehicles.

Free super fast Broadband.

The lounge has a TV with Virgin Media TV package included.

Bedding and towels are provided.

Well equipped kitchen including crockery, cutlery, oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, blender, scales, oven dishes & trays, non-stick pans etc.

The accessible bathroom has grab rails and a roll‑in shower, with an Alerta tilt-in-space wheeled shower commode chair should you need it.

There is a temperature adjustable thermostatic shower (38 degrees at the middle position), a hand held and rainfall shower options - selectable. There are grab rails either side of the shower.

The shower has a pair of shower curtains. They will be different from those shown in the image as we have already updated them.

There is a wheel under sink with a single lever cold/hot mixer tap.

There is a dual fuel towel rail. It is powered by either central heating or can be powered by electric. The manual electric on/off switch is in the inner hallway.

There is an emergency red alarm cord, which sounds a buzzer when pulled, and a light turns on, on the panel in the inner hallway. The panel also has a reset button.

There are LED lights in the ceiling.

The walls are paneled for easier cleaning.

A comfort height toilet with grab rails. 

A semi-ped sink allows wheelchair access to wash your hands. A lever mixer tap makes it easy to wash your hands.

A non-slip floor.

Dual fuel heated towel rail.

An electric reclining chair in the lounge, along with 2 comfortable sofas and a TV.

There is a bookshelf with a selection of novels. If you don't finish reading your book, you are welcome to take it home.

There is a nest of tables that you can use.

Step‑free, ramped access to the front of the bungalow where a 1 meter wide front door provides excellent access into the property.

Free parking is available. The driveway is suitable for WAVs and can fit around 4 vehicles.

Wheelchair access to the back garden is through the side gate on the driveway.
